Cellphone Novels

The article I just read; was about how cellphone
novels are more popular than traditional novels. in this article
told how this is putting other authors out of buisness. The cellphone novel was
invented in the year 2000, after there were many people were writing novels in their blog.
“Their cellphone bills were easily reaching $1,000, so many people experienced what they called ‘packet death,’ and you wouldn’t hear from them for a while,” said Shigeru Matsushima, an editor who oversees the book uploading site at Starts Publishing, a leader in republishing cellphone novels. One person who wrote a cellphone novel was 21 year old Rin. She wrote a novel about tragic love between two childhood friends. Her mother didbn't even know she wrote a novel until it was published.

Yahoo

I read an article about how Yahoo was coming up with a new plan to attract more viewers. Jerry Yang, chief executive told 1,500technology enthusiasts that there woulnot be a new look to Yahoo this year. There plan to attract more veiwers was, to have their reasearchers put up facts that they would be intrested to find out about. Also what they are adding is a map that finds a place to you might want to eat at. So this is how it works, you and a friend are texting each other and you can't decide where to eat. You drag that a selected restaurant to the map and it gives you places where the restaurant is located.

I think that this idea might work at first. Because this idea is new and people want to experiment with it but as time goes by they'll get used to it and it won't be as exciting. In no time people will be so accustomed to the idea that they won't need it any more. So even though it's something new and intresting it will soon end up like myspace. Before Facebook was invented everyone used myspace and than after some time no one needed myspace.

While we were using HTML codes

the codes didn't always create what I wanted. And I didn't always understand them.

At first I was really annoyed at first and wanted to stop after my first try.

But then after a couple of tries and getting some help I got what i was aiming for.

Safe Bolgging

I thought that these passages/videos were and are very helpful to those who don’t know the dangers of blogging. It explained how there are many advantages and disadvantages to blogging. For example creating your own ideas and communicating with other people around the world can be fun,but when you don't know who you are talking to sometimes can be dangerous. You might share pesonal stuff with a person who you've nerver met and feel confortable with them on the computer but you haven't met acually seen the person.

Web Tutorials

I saw a video on how to create a web page on youtube. The person speaking takes you step by step on how to make your own wensite. To create a web page, you first have to open notepad on your computer. Then you create two tags ( and ) all your other ingormation goes between these two tags.In order to save all your informatio, you save your document uned .html not .txt because your document will not run. After you are done with all your other steps, you then drag your document into a website. To make bold text you use bracket strongbracket orbracket b braket and italics are made with bracket em bracket.

Evan Trembley

I just read a story about a 15 year old boy who was missing.The e-mail I saw said that I should send the e-mail to everyone I knew. But then I realized that there was no information on where he was at the time he went missing.When I first saw the e-mail and read it I felt bad.Then I did some research and found out it was a prank. Evan Trembley was not missing and the prank got out of hand. When I went to google it said that, the National Center of Missing and Exploited children have no record of a missing child named Evan Tremley. This just shows that you can't believe whatever you see or read on the internet.
